2. Requested Service and Usage Details

2.1 Type of Service Requested
The Service is a secure, cloud-based software platform enabling authorized businesses to submit and manage official police reports, inclusive of training, maintenance, and support (the "Service").

2.2 Description of the Service
GNS shall provide the Customer with access to its cloud-based Police Reporting System, including standard updates, maintenance, and technical support necessary for ordinary business activities.

2.3 Mandatory Usage Responsibilities
The Customer retains all rights to the data submitted to the Service ("Customer Data") and is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and secure transfer between its devices and the Shaggar City Police system.

2.4 Pre-Conditions for Using the Service

  • Completion of registration
  • Activation of account through a link sent by GNS
  • Successful sign-in to the system
  • Ensuring employees attend required training

2.5 Usage Prohibitions
The Customer shall not use the Service to:

  • Store or transmit infringing, defamatory, unlawful, or tortious material
  • Store or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, trojans, time bombs, etc.)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
3. Payment Fees and Conditions

3.1 Payment
The Customer agrees to pay the Service Fee (……………).

3.2 Commencement of Payment
Payment obligations begin after fulfilling all pre-conditions and upon commencement of the Service.

3.3 Payment Schedule
Payments must be made within five (5) days following the start of each calendar month.

3.4 Price Adjustment
Fee adjustments may occur annually with mutual agreement from both Parties.

3.5 Term
This Agreement continues indefinitely unless terminated by either Party with thirty (30) days' written notice.

3.6 Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for failure or delay due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, utility failures, cyberattacks, etc.). The affected Party must notify the other, attempt to mitigate impacts, and resume performance when possible. If such event lasts more than 90 days, either Party may terminate the Agreement with written notice.

3.7 Limitation of Liability
GNS's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the Fees paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the issue. GNS is not liable for any hardware, software, or services provided by third parties.

4. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Oromia Regional State. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 28 days, the case shall be submitted to the Competent Court in Shaggar City, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia.
